Power abuse in Serbia by AAA

My friend (Deva_Path) was banned in Serbia room for insulting AAA in LoD Channel.
AAA was flaming and naming Deva_Path a Retard and a imbecile.

those are the screenshots of the conversation i just translated, from first to last.

as you can see on the last SS AAA said to Deva that he should PM him when he wants unban (act like a normal man), he Pmed AAA and AAA added him to ignore list, he just wanted to get rid of Deva and make himself a good admin by writing that. even before that conversation AAA was telling deva that deva is a retard, only now in Ban reason he stated that Deva (dragan) is a general retard.

so my biggest confusion is how AAA banned Deva_Path in Serbia when they were arguing in LOD channel, so what, i am admin in 2 channels and someone flames me in a 3rd channel and i can choose from wich room i will ban him? that was a example.

also, AAA could've just ignore Deva when he was asking for RGD , no, he banned Deva for 999999w saying that he is a "global retard" and said: pm me when you choose to act like a normal man, he pmed him and then AAA ignored him, what the fuck is happening here?
