After he didnt get picked we needed a host and the only one with host rank online was he and he didnt want to host for us so we had to wait 20 minutes more ...

Uhm, thats not a right reason to demote him,just because he didnt want to host for some other game. Even if its on purpose. But i gave u host for other times , so u can host for ur own games and help others.
Remmember : Do not share pw, and do not host for ur private non league games without permission from admin.
