unban request computers

hi sorry for a group of users use mh
That happens to some players tend to use Lan center and caused mh ban to 4 computers
please could unban computer and ban accounts of users, other players can not connect to the pcs rgc that are banned

Sup last part, RGC is not only conformed by europeans and much of users who have problems (like client problems, unban request (in public rooms), etc) are spanish-portuguese speakers, so it's a good idea to consider placing someone as moderator or something.
