    Default against low points

    Can you ban players who have under 1500points ?
    RGC is easy to make easy win and good gamez but there are lot of noobs who have under 1500points and ruin the games or are news.

    You can votekick players with less than 1450 points.
    Never start a fight. Always finish one.

    Actually players with high games + high DC rate should be banned
    PLUS they should do something about the low points players who spam in the game so no one can see their points
