Why do you think you deserve the promotion ? Im spending a alot of time REALLY a lot of time on RGC, and i could do much more for CGA then HL and call for sign....
What can you do or bring to CGA ? I can do nice selection who deserve to be vouched in room and who should be unvouched. As i said before i got planty of time from 8-16h to do some administrating things. In 1st shift i cant play dota at all but i HAVE TO BE ONLINE... So after 10 years in front of pc i used all sources for time wasting and now can do some usefull thigs.
