two bugs

guys my account name is shbe7 and 4 the last 4 or 5 games my points are not increasing or decreasing also each time i connect 2 rgc it shows protocol error / server overload and when i click again it opens but now it's not opening at all it keeping showing protocol error / server overload so plz i need some help 4 the points n that prob what can i do

I am having the same problem here, have you manage to fix yours??

My username is: weili2020 GAME Account name is: ***ZORO*** and I just played the last 7 DOTA games (win all of them) but my points are not increasing at all. Just checked my status on: http://stats.rankedgaming.com/stats/...7A6F726F2A2A2A my POINTS, KILLS, ASSISTS rates are not increasing at all, I feel sad that I am not getting rewarded for my hard work or effort here please help.

Not to mentioned also each time i connect 2 RGC it shows the: "protocol error / server overload" and when i re-click RGC again for the second time it acitvates successfully. Some assistance is much appreciated.

no m8 i really didn't know how 2 fix it but am sure that we need some admin help hope some1 answer us soon cuz this is not fair at all
