    create a .bat file

    with

    ""C:\Arquivos de Programas\Warcraft III\war3.exe" -loadfile %1"

    without the ""

on the warcraft folder, and execute, then open normally yours replay.

You need to put the map in the folder where your mate has his map in. For example you have your map in a Dota folder whereas your mate has his map in downloads (just an example).

Simply, Warcraft can't find the map. Unfortunately, Warcraft only searches the SAME directory, with the SAME filename as it was saved. This means that in order to watch the replays, you must put the map on the same folder where the replay saver placed it. Normally, custom maps should be placed in Maps\Downloads\ directory.

Also make sure that the filename doesn't have _s. Like, DotA_Allstars_8.292F.w3x is different from Dota Allstars 8.292F.w3x. Normally, maps uses the space rather than _s.
