    Yep, buying diamond enables you to host games.

    You have to ask channel admin for Team Captain rank when you will buy diamond membership.

    Yeah. In some public channels like Asia Pub and Eu Pub. If you're a DM, tell the staff of the room and they'll set you TC. Then you could host.
