Promote again

Reason for this Thread : I got demoted from (EU) Tier 1 ; I was a moderator and did my job .. A staff member demoted me cz he saw low work from me.

The reason of that is the following:

I got banned from (EU) Public ; Therefore I couldnt advertise there since I dont have access to join it.
So I made 2 accounts and advertised (EU) Tier 1 Channel on those accounts ; the accounts are :

Fear.Trance
&
苹果

On these 2 separated accounts I would advertise (EU) Tier channel.
I always advertised on the other accounted , I HLed for games , vouched users and stayed active.
In my opinion there is no reason for me to get demoted and the reason why the admins demoted me is that they thought I did 0 work , but the truth is that I continued working inspite of getting banned in (EU) Public.

Please give me one last chance I DO NOT deserve it .. I've worked hard it just doesn't feel fair to happen to an active staff member. Thank You for ur time
