3 Suggestions !

Hello there everybody :-) i am about to introduce my 3 good suggestions:

The First (1st) Suggestion:

Let RGC be like dota 2 system ( Match Making System), for example make levels, earn experience each single game this will balance low - mid - and high skilled players, each depends on the levels and priority of the player.
Level 1 --> 5 Low Priority
Level 10 --> 25 Mid Priority
Level 30 --> 50 High Priority
Etc...
Such system in RGC would be great.

The Second (2nd) Suggestion:

Adding Commendations to RGC, for example if a player gained:
Leadership
Teaching
Friendly
Forgiving
it will help him increase his priority.

The Third (3rd) Suggestion:

If someone is offline in RGC, other members can send him a message even if he's offline, when he comes online the message will pump up with its subject as if its an mymgn message.

I'm a bit iffy on your first one. While the matchmaking system in Dota 2 is good (it does have its flaws but I won't go in to them), I don't know how RGC users would react to a change from a points system to a leveling system. It does have its merits but there are other things to consider like would it be possible to do such a thing at RGC?

Your second and third suggestions are good. It'd be great if we had those two options.
