It happened at 29/04/2013 when i was logging in normally this [IP Routing / Server Offline / Maintenance] error comes out i thought that this error will last for a brief time but it estimated till now ! I tried to re-download it but that didn't work i restarted my router also.Also, i realized that everyone is logging in normally.

I found many people are reporting this problem i forwarded the problem to Roger and also requesting to contact Roger via email

RGC has been Going Getting Restarted quite a lot , Servers were Under attack So it was Offline .
Its Online Now ,you shouldnt be having problem Email Roger only if you Still have the problem

I got an email about this, how many people have the problem?
In fact what you're seeing is an IP routing issue, the ISPS cannot connect your IP to the server's IP. So even if you were able to login you wouldn't be able to play on the EU hostbots, which is what people from Lebanon play on. These issues get resolved automatically, it's some internet provider's fault.
