Failed to join game

Hi,
here's my problem, I couldn't find anything on it in the forum (how do you search for a phrase and not for just one word ?) :

1. Downloaded client
2. Patched client
3. Registered
4. Joined EU(Public) room
5. Signed in game
6. Launched tft
7. Went to Local games
8. Joined game in blue

-> The screen scrolls up as if I was joining game normally, but then comes back to the local games list, with no error message.
On the other end, my bro has this error message (see image) :

(UID 232037815) failed to join the game. Please tell this player on the client chat to re-download RGC from www.rankedgaming.com

9. Downloaded the client 3 times, repatched, retried to join several games -> same problem.


How do I fix it ?

ok solved it in support room

Apparently this affects all new accounts so I shouldn't be the only one with this prob.

(btw there is no solution yet but I was told it should be fixed in next patch - in the meanwhile you must use an old account)
