I want to request vouch in the DPL channel. I noticed that their website is down and they left Eurobattle.net
I talked with some moderator who told me to ask Fear. I did, he said to post a vouch request here on the forum.
I can't see any DPL forum in this community. What are the requirements for DPL? is DPL still active? active players there? any vouch request example? where to post the request?

Well you should ask Zemunac, Fear_itself),and i thin cro_zeus and decemb3r who are vouchers in dpl.
Dpl forum coming soon as much as i know.
