Basically the "expired account" ban gets executed when your acc gets removed by blizzard and you have to re-create your account. This ban is here to make sure people don't steal the account of people with good stats or generally, with games played.
With this unban request you should get unbanned, just specify which account you want unbanned.

Ah but I think he does mean the account Puzzhle @morningstar, cus for his "Battle.net Nick" he wrote down the nickname used for the battle.net app (which isn't required), so he must have interpret the format wrong.
