This poll is for melee heroes.
That's something i really wanted to know.
First of all we are talking about a Hero that has no ability and gets one of this items.
x-x damage
1 attack per second (Attack speed)
infinite hit points
x agility
x strength
x intelligence
Since hero has x(x is hero's base damage)+y(y is the damage provided from the item) damage and is hitting with the fury/burn-magic 5 creeps + 1 that is the main target = 6 creeps. Creeps have 0 armor and 0% magic resistance and infinite hit points.
Battlefury: y=65
-> Hero1 x+65 (x=35) 100+5x30=250 damage per second.
-> Hero2 x+65 (x=135) 200+5x60=500 damage per second.
If x=35 then the actual dps* is 5x30+100= 250 (30 cause of the 30% cleave each battlefury is providing.)
Radiance: y=60
-> Hero1 x+60 (x=35) 95+40x6(6 because radiance affects every target that surrounds the holder in 650 range)=335 damage per second.
-> Hero2 x+60 (x=135) 195+40x6=435 damage per second
Those two examples show us the actual truth of a non-stop attacking mode.
Battlefury is better for high-damaged heroes since dps is higher, though radiance can have it's other helpfulness(e.g. chasing another hero, where u cannot attack if u have same -ms)
