I would like to suggest you something (especially at the NoL Administrators)
Many times I join at the knows "Eleos" Games and i always check the !Stats...
But sometimes i see some stats with average stay less that 60%
What should we do about these leavers?
My Suggestion is the creation of a new rule that allows Bot admins to use the command !ban (...) in order to ban B.Net nicks which have low A.Stay percentage because it's 99% sure that they will leave in one game.

P.S.: i would like to see KiTz's and Leonida's Answer
P.S.2.: I know no-one can prevent someone leaver to leave...

Like at 80% or 75% stay a guy should get banned(prolly bad connections with many dcs or he is a freaking leaver/plugger ;D) imo.
