    Default unban request

    i was banned on the 20th of may for truancy (not swapping a hero, so team rageleft). i didnt knew that i was doing THAT wrong when i dont wanted to play this warlock. i've read the rules and there were named some durations for bad behaviour. is truancy for such a (low,imo) reason really worth a permanent ban? since im still banned and dont think it was such a hugh thing.
