Is their any other way to run the client apart from running it as an administrator...The reason i am asking is because my laptop is currently broke and i cannot play wc3 on it efficiently...So i play it on my university computer where i don't have administrator rights...I am able to play on Garena but not on Rgc due to the rights...

There is a manual way, the administrator rights are to make the patching process easy.
The manual way to patch is:
1) Run rgcp.exe, wait for it to download all files.
2) Run patcher/patcher.exe, wait for it to patch the files and close.
3) Repeat 1-2 until you have patched to the latest version, you will notice this happening when it doesn't download anymore files.
4) Create a shortcut to your rgc.exe and add ' -patched' to the path: "<path>\rgc.exe" -patched
The shortcut will run RGC without the need of administrator rights, but it also won't patch anymore, so you might want to check manually for patches.
I'm well aware that this isn't an easy work around, but it's the only thing we have right now.

Well now my patching freezes in between 60-70%....I have even tried the latest download link...
