    Default Ingame, Observers?

I belive if you change bots to host with referees or observers would be a nice addition, etc that new players may observe in order to learn and people, such as admins or similiar may observe to see how stuff goes in the games

To some extent is it a good idea.
However, as I've experienced myself are there players who doesn't like observers, as they theoretically could be ghosting for players. That is a problem I've seen hundreds of times.

For myself, I'd say observerslots should be opened, tbh I'd observe some games myself once in a while then as I prefer observing than playing in iHL.

Oh, come on! Ghosting in IHL?

Even I wouldn't stoop that low!

I know only few would do it, but some are too paranoid to let people observe, I've experienced that way too many times, and it ended up in some long discussions which delays the game.
But as I stated, I am also supporting observers allowed in game.

maybe trusted people of the ihl community can observe, this will reduce the ghosting problem

I know there are people who likes to observe very much but as Force has stated it can be abused. Especially in Challange games when some friends plays against another, and if one of the observers are in Vent together with them it will be like maphacking or something. But I don't know if we have such abusive types in IHL, so I think we should definitely give it a shot because it sounds as a really good idea. I guess even I would like to observe some games.

if you watch a replay where you belive som1 is ghosting its quite simple to notice if he suddenly "turns back without vision" or "runs into enemy wood w/o vision" etc, new features needs new rules as simple as that, anybody ghosting -> harsh penalties
