Hello,
My name is Daniel and i'm 21 years old, I'm from Romania and i'm a student at the moment.

- Previous DotA experience:
I've been playing dota for about 4 years, started just after i decided to end my wc3 career.

- Gameplay information:

- How skilled do you consider yourself. Low, mid, high?
If "strange" things dont happen in a game i consider myself a mid-high skilled player.

- Post atleast 2 replays of you in action
I only have a replay on my PC as potm on DL (btw was playing on teg-bird, i dont have a DL account of my own)

- Why do you want to play in iHL?
I played on the older version of this league with almost all of the players today and i really enjoied the nice team games.

- Are you aware of the iHL rules (here) and will you follow them?
I'm always a follower of the rules

- What parts of the rules do you think could be improved?
I'm ok with everything. They are great for holding a community like this mannered and enjoyable

Usually u can be ganged by 2 stuners at start , and leap can save u , but starfall lvl 1 aint make shit ^^

Either get him for a test game or vouch him and monitor a few games of his, either way will work

arrow lvl2 and 3 on the 1v1 or 2v2 is standard by all pros, even watch misery play potm..

arow before leap as well! imagine a 5 second stun at first level. Leveling up from one to two isn't a big deal, so arow over leap at first level.
Leap at first level only makes sense if they are trying to firstblood you, or else it is really useless at first level.

And the other skills depends on the role of the potm, if he is roam, then:
Arow, leap, arow, leap (or starfall), arow, leap (or starfall) ...............................

If he is solo mid:
Arow, leap, starfall, starfall, starfall ..................................................
