iHL new and better than ever

As time passes and hundreds of games played in our community, we bring a more advanced system in iHL and all upcoming sub-communities/leagues of iHL.
That includes PDC coming back soon as a public dota community.
You will be able to see your statistics, users that are timebanned/warned and even your channel bot mails at the site, a function indeed useful to users.

Also the iHL vouching will be altered as well. We got 3 vouching sections.

1. Vouching by vouch request and replay.
2. Vouching by trial testing in channel.
3. Vouching by validating your dota skill level from NoL/eleos/Div dota games.

For the third option you have to at least have 63.5% DotA skill and more than 15 games to get automatically vouched for iHL.
