The Call of Duty: Black Ops PC community needs you to sign a petition that fans sent to Treyarch about their dissatisfaction regarding mod tools.

"With the great announcement of dedicated servers support for the incoming Call of Duty:Black Ops, mod tools can improve the game and allow players to customize and make it memorable.
Please give to the PC comunity the necessary tools in the release and we will be able to recover from what happened before 11/09/2009.
