IceFrog has been positing updates regarding the upcoming version of the game. In his previous updates, he confirmed new heroes, items and more. He released a trailer regarding these changes.

Why do you think that? I don't think that Sven has a new spell, but a new item. Tiny with a tree is pretty normal, if you know Wc3, you know that mountain giants (Night Elf unit) wear a tree ^^
