    Default Warn Request Format.

    Για να υποβάλετε μία αίτηση για την τιμωρία κάποιου παίχτη που παίζει στο κανάλι απλά συμπληρώστε τα εξής στοιχεία:
    Όνομα του χρήστη: Το Battle.Net Nickname του εκάστοτε κατηγορουμένου.
    Παράπτωμα: Το παράπτωμα που προκάλεσε ο κάθε χρήστης. Πx. Noobplay, κακή διαγωγή, φυγή από το παιχνίδι.
    Αποδεικτικά στοιχεία: Κάποιο replay, screenshot, bot chatlog που να δείχνουν ότι συννέβει το εκάστοτε παράπτωμα.
