Default [FIXED] Huge delay (200ms+) with Orange (France) and new server.

Edit: as of today (2011-02-11) the issue is fixed : hans changed his server provider.

    Hi,
I got 300ms+ of delay with the new server. I had no more than 35ms with the old one.
I'm from South France and my ISP is Orange.

    Here's the tracert :

I don't know what we can really do about it, maybe it's a peering problem. What's strange is that the old server was in Germany too, and it was fast like hell with it.

Well, the delay is back :

The link between f-ed3-i.F.DE.NET.DTAG.DE [62.154.14.194] and xe-3-0-1.atuin.as6724.net [62.157.249.198] seems to be the problem, if it helps.
My guess it's that your new host have a connection problem with the DTAG.

    Shit.

I just phoned Strato AG, a nice guy told me to email the german department with my traceroute. I'm doing it right now. Hope it will help.

I monitored the ping I got to your server for 24h.
    Here's the graph:

I still have <50ms non-stop to other servers.

I didn't monitor it today, but I can tell that currently (19h48) I'm in the middle of the delay zone : I got 280ms to the server.
