    Default Unban Request Template

    Please include the following information in your post to help the admins look into your request.

    It is always recommended to upload a replay or a screenshot so that your request will have better chances of being approved. We suggest the title of the topic to be like this :

    Unban Request : Nickname


    Details :

    • Your Battle.net account :
    • GameName :
    • Hostbot :
    • Admin Name :
    • Reason :
    • Time the event occurred :



    There is a slight chance you will have to wait some time after the decision for unban is made so that a root admin will actually remove your ban, please be patient.
