One player from Scourge was afk whole game (didnt select hero) and one was dropped at about 6min gametime and we couldnt type !votermk. It said taht you cant votermk (but we could !ff even if its less then 20min) after 20min have passed which is nonsense. I think its because of the player which didnt choose a hero.
And plz ignore the comments that were written on chat.

you can kick afk
write -afk then votekick the afk

we tryed, check the replay, but he was not listed as afk and we couldnt kick him @_@
Rly strange situation. And did u read what RGC said: Cant votermk after 20min have pased (and it was 6-7min). Smells like a bug to me.
