ive tried a few things and i seriously doubt that there is any hero that will come even close to broodmother. The tournament rules are that you start with 4k so vlads+soul ring and you will be at the base tower in 2 minutes or so, then few more minutes for throne.

you are aware that you start on level 1? (and will probably finish at level 7..)

yes i think the same as Superevil.

My record with brood is far superior to any other tactic i tried.

Lesh is closest, Ghost scepter + Vlad + other little stuff.

Ghost scepter enables you to attack tower with spells when no creeps around. even from second 0.
but again not even close as broodmother.

its not gonna very close, it will probably be tie or something.

And for brood.

Soul ring is not very good. smart micro + clarity + vlad is enough.
getting something else like quelling blade or stuff like that could save few seconds in the end.

Have you tried furion or enigma?

I havent, but Im pretty sure they will not beat brood. Furion might have been better if you had to push all lanes but you only have to push one. Enigma will probably be as fast as brood or even faster for the first 2 towers but will be a lot slower at the base tower and at the last 2 towers before throne (since eidolons dont split attacking buildings)

remember they start from lvl1. so furion is useless.

brood best without doubt, also terroblade might be worth a shot i tried him but i played horrible.

i tried terrorblade yesterday also, using conjure image+stats build. It did better then I expected I guess (my item build was vlads->wraith bands and yasha or something) but at some point i lost too much hp tanking tower and then your images just become worthless.

in the end, soul ring is definitely best mana source. i can't micro to save clarities from dispelling.


leave spiders to kill tower or kill creeps with them and kill tower with mother?
i just feel like too much time is spend trying to circle around creeps to to attack something.

also my current record is 4:51
i am just playing with brood same items, trying to fix as many mistakes as possible.

please don't laugh at vanguard, although it is kinda stupid i just always get better results with him. i thought it would make a difference if take as many shots from tower as possible and to keep as many creeps alive as possible

i havent really tried anything since the first time I did so im just theorycrafting basicly.. I dont think it matters much if you have spiderlings attacking tower or creep wave, aslong as youre always making new spiderlings. so if you use spawn spiderlings on first creep that will die and use those spiderlings to attack other creeps, youre good to go.

Also, maybe jango is better then vanguard? since you will add quite some dps to yourself and your spiderlings.

yea i was making jango. too bad you can only get it after third or sometimes after second tower.
it gives creeps only 5%/15% attack speed for 2 last towers.
maybe it is better, maybe i just played bad.
i managed to tank for a while those 2 last towers. then i went back kill newborn wave and get back with new spiders to finish them.
i still notice a lot of mistakes i did. but i am getting better.

there is a guy saying he is doing it in less then 5 minutes with sylla. like he is pulling scourge creeps with bear. and thats ok for first two towers. but on the third tower you are stuck and you can't do nothing. not to mention the last two.

he is not posting any proof though so i don't know if its legitimate. i can't do it not even close.

uh maybe its something like this?
1. put sylla near neutrals
2. pull scourge creeps to those neutrals with bear
3. get extra gold and xp while creeps kill first 2 towers

after that you just go with creeps to the base and push, syllabear does big dmg to towers once he hits level 7. For items I was thinking you should probably get a vlads and then mass gloves of haste on the bear (or armlet if you get enough gold, it gives the bear bonus dps but doesnt drain hp).
