you are wrong its both not manipulated, its a technical issue by dotarank. It can happen from time to time.

What you marked first is just that 2 people ranked the game. it will probably counted as one game anyways. The second could be counted twice but its not manipulated by the player.

Im going to tell an admin when it happens, so maybe they can fix it.
