Sunday Evening Tournament

Hello guys,

I would like to invite you to our sunday evening tournament. The reward will be fun, fame and more fun

Information

• Day: Every Sunday!
• Time: 18:30 CET // 17:30 GMT

• Duration: 4-5 hours
• Registration Limit: 80 players // 16 teams
• Mode: 5v5 -cmoi

Signups:

• The sign-up list for the next week is always posted here after the current tournament finishes.

What we will provide:

• Steaming: There will be no streaming until the Warcraft3 patch issues are sorted out.

• Shoutcasting: We're looking for a shoutcaster for the future.

Rules:

• All DotaRank rules apply apart from the 2nd point of Dota-specific Rules (No backdooring).
• Players who sign up but do not turn up without giving an excuse will be punished respectively for being irresponsible towards their fellow players.
• Bans:
  All heroes are free to be picked.
• Disconnects:
  If more than 5 minutes of the game were played or first blood has been given then the team with the disconnected player can either play on or forfeit the game. Otherwise every team will have one chance for a remake if and only if all of the above conditions haven't been met.
• Replacements:
  Every team has the right to replace two players over the duration of the tournament if needed.

Was the early start of the first rounds of the tour no succes yesterday? As it is now 7pm again, which will mean finals around 1am.

It was too early, 17:00.. Im not sure about the right time, i have to try different times.. but all told me that i should try it with 19:00 again.. so i give it a shot :9

thats prolly the reason why we cant start early, people have different dinner times and it would slow the tournament down a lot.
mayb with a prescheduled 30 min break?

Don't know if this have been said before, but isn't Saturday a better day to play? I mean, on monday people got school/work. 19.00 Is to late for some people on sunday, and 17.00 is to early. So... only an idea =)

I can't on Saturday.. so its impossible for me.. i could between Sunday and Thursday.. other days are reserved

mayb add that captains need to be on client 10-15 mins before their first game (1800) so tours really get started at the starting time.
and: final player lineups should be posted BEFORE the tournament, it is inevitable that during the tournament some last minute subs are required, but it takes some time for tournament staff and gms to validate and screen each player.

If u want to play today henke u can download wc3 version switcher 1.24e-1.24c(d). But, about your question for tour, rogers will fix this. Just be patient pls
