Introduction to Tier 1
Hello guys! Long time ago, Rogers mentioned about the Tier-System. Now due to some more important things he needs to finish, we felt it was about time that we start with the whole concept, and make it human in the beginning, then after some time when Rogers can focus more on it, we will make it more automated.
So for now here is what we had in mind, and what we will implement shortly for all of European players. Please forgive us that it isn't global, but in time it will be. This is a "test run" so to say, and everything is possible.
What is it about?
Our goal is for users to be able to play in a steady and controlled 'enviroment' without being high-skilled. This is the result of the high amount of leaves recently being seen in the Public channel.
In short: It's as best leave-free as they can get to. Of course, it is not guaranteed leaver-free but we are certain that it should lower the amount of leaves significantly.
How do users get vouched?
There are a few requirements taken into use as a precaution to minimize the chance of a user who joins the channel, is a frequent leaver.
Needs at least 15 games at (EU) Public
No leaves in the last 15 games played in (EU) Public
No banhistory the last 15 days
Agree and abide by the rules
Fill out an application

What are the rules?
Because of the chance that the rules will be updated at some point in the future, it seems pointless to directly paste the rules here, as if you check back at this thread 1 month from now, they may be out of date here.
