1-Download the skin
2-Go To Ranked Gaming Client Folder Then Open Skins
3-Extract The Skin In Ranked Gaming Client=>Skins
4-Now Open RGC=>Settings=>Other=>From Skins Select ColourFul.v.3
5-Restart RGC
6-Enjoy!

i Download And i Follow all Steps,
My Skin is White it's Ugly
You Say it's Black :(

did you rename skin ?
i mean after extract it in Ranked Gaming Client did you rename the folder with this name "ColourFul v.3"
because if you did that that will show white screen as you said
or if you have another folder with ColourFul v.3 name
if you have delete it or cut it from ranked gaming client->skins or move it to some where else.
