Hi. At first I wasn’t thinking of telling I love IE, just to see your reactions, but it would to far fetched :)
In fact my favorites browser is Netscape. Since I can remember this was the browser that suits me most. I thought that since less than 5% of users used it, it wont be developed any more. And recently I was surprised by the announcement that new version of this browser has been released. Version with number 8.
After using for a couple of weeks I must say it is quite interesting, especially for those like, who don’t want to use IE and are not convinced by Firefox either.
The most interesting function of new Netscape is possibility to swith modes between IE and mozilla with pressing only one button. It is also possible to set which engine should be used for concrete internet page. It is very useful as you don’t have to have to browsers open, It is also useful for those who make web pages as it is easy to quick check look of the site under two main engine browsers.
Other interesting features are rss reader (i.e. can be used for AE news J), detailed control on what should be one load from page.
Still there is no extensions that are main advantage of Firefox, but this is just a matter o time.
Anyway just wanted to introduce this browser which I hope soon will be in first third of leading browsers.

I changed from IE since Netscape 6 came out, before that I didn't like Netscape and since Netscape 8 I switched to Opera that is free now, too. I never got the hook with Mozilla or Firefox somehow I just didn't like their "feel". But Opera really is the fastest browser and most pages work fine.

The Mozilla lot, as it enables me to have perfectly sync'ed mail and bookmarks in both Windows
and Linux ;)

I use Opera since it has became absolutely free (no ads). But IE is the best way to see the pages the way they were designed.

Not always true! Internet Explorer don't respect W3C standards, and others. And if you are right by saying this it is just because developpers
(webmasters) make sure that the page is visible for the most people as possible (IE is today the most used with 80,38% in Europe (http://www.xitimonitor.com/etudes/equipement13.asp?xtor=6)) and in a long monopoly time all websites have been developped with only IE in mind!

My prefered navigator is Firefox. I've never used Opera, and just a little netscape!

One thing is for sure. Good webmaster makes his site equally viewable in all the most popular browsers.

Really, only 80%? Interesting! Where did you get this number?
