Hiring Newbie Helpers/Mentors

MyMGN Recruits members in Order to help coordinate new users in our Community.

Those Members will receive the title "Newbie Helper"

Requirements
Have good knowledge of our Community Sections and how they Work [Coding etc]

Be Active


Be Polite and Patient



Speak fluent english (Other Language is Optional)


Your Goal
Your Job is to help users to adjust in our Forum and answer any questions they have.

Examples of Actions

Watch how users Behave and track their Mistakes



Explain them some basics posting Rules



Contact that users and help them understand how our sections Work ( Ex.Which Sections are English Only etc)



Help them use [Images,Videos,Spoilers,Wraps,Links,Attachments etc)



And Much more.

I am in where do we sign ^^as i told you in the other post...i got no problem helping people

(i dont know if its a suggestion i am doing right now but ...what i do is when some1 wisps me and asks me the reason i banned him ..for example ...plug...i help them get to the forum and tell them how to make an account blah blah from skype and 1-2 times where the people i was talking to from skype had no idea ... i created an account for them..i guess we could do that too)

Yes this is not my idea i just had to Translate it.

Mostly is for Clan NoL and Some General Sections.

Head Charge of this idea is Odisseas.But he couldn't write it in English ^^

It's as if you're giving them the role of a Moderator...this idea is futile from my PoV.
We moderators exist to answer any kind of question for those that are inexperienced and new to this forum.
Now if you want people to help you with that, I'm telling you, you're wasting their time.

Ι'm sorry to interfer but new users need a lot help for their first steps and mymgn mods aren't available all the time...so more help won't hurt anyone
