I guess you've all seen what's been happening in Paris. Well I'll be original and I'll say that people are getting what they deserve. Since our society has become so lenient and allows people to do whatever they want, whenever they want and however they want, I hope that these people who cause these riots will burn down the whole of Europe. Congratulations to all the political parties who have been governing European countries over the past years, for turning Europe into a zoo.

When you confuse democracy with anarchy, this is what you get.

yeah that is not a good time but I think there are not something only with politics. IT seem it has became a game for many young peoples. I mean we've seen child of 11 years trying to buy fuel in bottles. There are weird things more, and there are many things that are not directed against politics.

I mean all those troubles aer against normal people that try to live their lives, and that gets their cars burned by some bad guys, and that is not fair, it is the same with the fact that they attack schools destroying the works done for other people, or even attacking firemen, those are men that choose a hard way to live and that is to protect people from fire and other bad situations, I really think those guys are mad if they attack men that choose to work for all the other people.

Anyway I agree a little that politics are really bad these days. Oh and one more thing do not trust too much CNN or stuff like that I4ve discovered today they said that two churches were burnt, which is false, they have been attacked but not damaged at the point it is said.

The news here in the UK is shying away from the reason behind the riots, only really giving us information about the victims of the riot. It seems that the media here in the UK is for the politicians and not those destroying the city. Whatever the case is, I believe that the death of a 60 year-old man and attacks on firefighters - those trying to protect us, is the wrong way to be going about this incident.

Attacking the politicians is one thing, destroying the land of those oppressed doesn't seem the right way to go about. What's ironic, it seems, is that the upper class supporters of the French government haven't been touched by the riots - only the lower working class.

Of course, I'm well aware that some of this, that I've seen on the BBC news and tabloids could be bending of the truth.

ok as for the reason, I've searched a little the reason on that I'm french and living near Paris, hopefully until tonight there have been no trouble at all in my city.

The reason seems to be the folowing one (it is what I know through the french information channel):
The police were having an operation to arrest some youg peoples for thievery, something that is happening all days, and a stndarad police operation, no big deal. They were catached by the police and 6 people have been arrested. The problem is that several have try to run away from the police. And doing that several youngs hide themselves in an Electric Transformer, where two died and another were heavily injured.

And then rumors have spread in the city, and launched the troubles. It seems that rumours make it say that police made the guys enter the place. So here it comes

I hope it will calm soon as if it is really for this there is no need for such things, I really think it became a game for some people.

yeah I've seen that apparently, They were a similar event in Berlin too, still they are not as bad as in France. I really hope it wont spread that much, it is very bad for peoples. Politics will have to do something but what will hapenned to them nothing, It is not their cars that burns. Anyway we can't make anything but wait.

yeah that is not a good time but I think there are not something only with politics.

It's all about politics imo (and to clarify here...politics is not the same word with politicians, politics is the art of government or governing (http://dictionary.reference.com/search?q=politics), politicians are the people who perform this act).

Before someone accuses me of being racist or something, I would like to clarify that I am an immigrant myself (I was born in Greece but I have lived in Sweden the past 5 years). I think there are 2 kinds of immigrants. The first kind is people who would like to live a better life than the one they used to live in their previous country, people that think that the lifestyle of a new country suits them better than their old country. And then there's a second kind, people that move to a new country only to exploit its (mainly financial) benefits without caring about the laws or the traditions of this country, and without wanting to give something back to the society.

The problem of the western world, is that it has failed miserably distinguish the one kind from the other. Europe has basically become an automatic door letting millions of people inside its boundaries, without any control or knowledge about these persons' attitude / behavior. Even worse, when the door opens and these persons come in, there is no one behind the door to take them by the hand and tell them 'look, you were used to another way of life where you came from, some things here work differently, I'll show you what works different and how it works different. And if you want to stay here you will have to abide by these rules of ours.' Instead governments place all immigrants in small cities/suburbs and create small communities of foreigners who have no contact with the local civilization and in these communities it's quite often that certain individuals follow the same behaviour that they used to in their old countries, never being integrated into the new country.

Politics will have to do something but what will hapenned to them nothing, It is not their cars that burns. Anyway we can't make anything but wait..

Exactly. What you said is very indicative of the situation. The whole situation is actually good for politicians. Don't forget that politicians are also directly or indirectly connected with big corporations and companies, and for them immigration of thousands of people is mostly a good thing. 'Cheap labour' are two very sweet words to every employer's greedy ear. And of course giving a good education to immigrants and turning them into fully integrated members of our societies is none of their concern, cause after all it would cost too much money! Also the last thing you say 'Anyway we can't make any thing but wait' is also very important. It shows what our politicians and our 'democracry' have turned societies into. A bunch of weak individuals walking their way to their work every morning, reading our news filled with apathy unable to do anything about anything. If we don't like what's happening we will probably vote for the opposite party than the one that's in reign right now, from the wide variety of political parties that we have to choose from (2...either socialist or conservative). And the years will pass and nothing will change.

As you said in Bryssels and in Germany similar events have happened. Here in Sweden people are not able to take out money from the bank automats because there had been too many robberies on vans transfering loads of cash from one place to another (with automatic weapons and guards being injured) and banks decided to stop money transfer until a solution is found. But this is just the top of an iceberg. There are many more incidents that don't make it to the news. In my opinion nowadays politicians have turned democracy into stupidocracy.
