All RGC players demoted from channels even me dunno about globals and when i tried to join CGA i'm not vouched in it !! think RGC must put some one online when Globals not because it's 6:20 AM here and 0 global or make a bot or something to restart RGC when it crushed or being ddsoed.

It wasn't DDoS, it was a temporary Database error, which usually gets auto-resolved in a matter of seconds.
A global being online during that time won't have made much of a difference.
