Spoiler Error in german version

in chapter six there is the globus (i dont know the word in english)which you must either move left or right.
Many german users have a problem to solve the riddle because the game crashed.
This is the error message:
Debug Assertion Failed
File: fclose.c
Line 58
Expression: stream!=NULL

My question is will there be a patch?
Ihave the error by myself i started the chapter new but didnt touch the globus until the end then it was working.

However its a very nice game and i am waiting for runaway 3

I have got the a Problem with the German Version.
In chapter six you have to turn the globe to the different countries the bird said.
But when I turn the globe i get the following error message.

Yes, I read about that bug in our forum. I have already forwarded the "globus crash" to our QA.

I've heard that DTP/anaconda is working on a Patch for their version.
Most probably it won't be a universal patch for other localisations, but on the other hand maybe other localisations will never have such a problem.
