Cant lunch war3........I BEG YOU HEEEEELP

HI ALL , I just opened my pc normally today , when i clicked war3 it didnt open , it shows me a message like this
'' L'ordinal 569 est introuvable dans le bibliothéque storm.ddl"........omg , any one know what is this?? i beg you to find me a solution someone , i really cant pass a day without playing dota ( even i am 25years old now) :D
DOTA IS MY LIFE LITTERLY .......HELP ME GUYS PLZ , i am not good at informatique.. or if sir roger can see this post i hope and thnks coz i know already that u will answear me thnks

Did you install wc3 from a cd? Or did you just copy the files from somewhere else?

man i have war3 installed in my pc about 3-4years now and working fine, its just today this fatal error shows up, really i have no clue what is that , 6hours now didnt play a single game and i feel so sad i swear

If you're running your wc3 from your RGC and it's dosn't working.
Run it from warcraft D/C and double click normaly .It none of that is helping redownload wc3.

THNKS I DID THAT and war3 after i clikc it open finnaly but after it open (after 2sec) it crashs again showing me a new ERROR MESSAGE that u can see it in this picture http://hpics.li/5debeff , plz i beg you find me a solution man i swear i hate my life now after 2days without dota
