regarding the granted ban request on the thread below

the user THISis_aKNIFE was using a network cafe attended by many RGC players.
unfortunately, it appears to be that the whole net cafe have been banned. other users now cant join RGC and get a message " you were banned {reason:: gold hack }
may i please request the IP ban to be lifted since many people in this network use RGC and are now punished because of the cheating of another user.
i can provide some of the usernames who play RGC from this network.
in addition, i have informed the net cafe administrator about the incident and he assured me that he would be enforcing stricter rules to prevent any further similar incidents.
