purposal plugging is not allowed - since he lost connection RIGHT AFTER his first death, it's kinda obvious he rageplugged.

It can not be proven is it rage plugging or real disconnect.
Everyone can plug when ever they want (20-30% DC ratio is funny thing in rules because for example me who have around 1k games need to plug 200-300 games before I get banned..)

DUDE I'm tired to explain it EVERY fucking time.
1. You can't tell me at all that someone didn't rageplug right after he died in many cases
2. bitchgotraped banned already 3-4 pluggers I reported due to rageplugging
3. 20% is way too high, every game would lose up to 2 players, and that would be legitim?? this is a freaking joke, besides the fact rgc has a very good reconnection. I used to have 4-5% in other leagues, but here I have 1%. LOWER this rate dramatically, coz I rarely finish games 5v5
