Ping issues only in day time, HELP !

Message regarding a ping issue with my RGC..
Since 2 months I have been gettin 130 - 150 ms.. And in the night, after 12 am my pings are all fine, I get like 30 ms... Its not my net issue... I have completely gone throught it and chechked it like 10 times and still the problem is same.... Can anyone help ?? I have really tried hard but nothing helps and I cant change my ISP due to other reasons.. But people using the same ISP have no such problems other than me ONLY !! Why? :O

And does speed test have to do with this anyway ?? My net is all fine, and ppl using the same ISP have same speed and still the pings are fine, Its only me !! And my pings are fine after 12 a.m !! -.-

And SOMETIMES in the evening around 6.30 - 9 my pings are fine..

Try to get better connection.

Neither your download, nor upload speed are good. Regarding your ping, your pinging to a nearby server next to you with a 225 latency.
Ask your host to upgrade your internet connection plan, this should fix your problem permanently.
