No, its not okay unless rankedgamingparser (http://rankedgamingparser.com/) is unavailable or something. There's a reason behind why bitchgotraped asks to upload it on site. Usernames which contains special characters doesn't appear correctly in replay manager. To get those usernames, every time we've to open Admin panel and check for it. To save that time he asks to upload replays on http://rankedgamingparser.com/
