I didn't find anything suspicious.

He guessed 3 runes right, ok.
Minute 39 (gametime) wasn't suspicious at all. He just went back, bought items (would you lay items on the ground if you really knew enemies were near?), then farmed some neutrals. The fact that he was ready to activate BKB just tells us that he had map awareness, so he realized the possibility of NA following him. When NA went invisible for the second time, he was already charged which indicated his position to SF and his mates.

At minute 25:00 (gametime) when he chased weaver he had vision of her for a split second (watch the replay, shortly before you say "much wards never".

The fact that he didn't follow NA around 42:30 (gametime) kinda convinces me he didn't hack.
