That's not a real fogclick. In his warcraft client, Cent was still visible when he clicked him (due to vision around the dying PL). But when that action arrived at your client, he was already in fog, which creates a fogclick from your perspective.

I didn't see anything else (he hooked pretty stupid) that would indicate MH, so unless you find a real FC this will be denied.
