The hook at 24:39 is a really clear indication for MH. Pudge didn't usually hook so bad, and the precision with which he hooked the tping SF there is just too good to be a missed hook.
Also, at 25:37 he goes straight towards the secret shop where lion was trying to hide. Nobody would check there first, you'd generally assume Lion ran away straight ahead.
26:34 is suspicious again (although not a 100% proof).

And 30:00 just tops it off. He couldn't make it more obvious than that.
