RGC opened today when I show that I am banned, but I never go out of the games.
The bad thing is sometimes a cyber game near to my house and many people play DOTA there.

Explain to me how that works .. I should not be banned ... I THINK THIS COMPUTER banned,, but it always affects my HISTORY OF PLAYING IN A CIBER.
