I'll just make it crystal clear for you since everyone's just giving incomplete hints about how this really works.

If you lose the password to your account then you should tell an admin about it (via pm or opening a thread) and give him the email address that you registered your account with (Note: This is your forum account and NOT your RGC account). They'll send the password to that email address. If you can't remember the email address or don't remember the password to the email address you registered with, then there's nothing the admins can do for you.
