Abuse of his power, in room Perú both advertising and typing in colours are totally prohibited but as we (Admins) can't kick him he does what he wants.

I hope Global Admins remove his global rank because this isn't the first time.

He just lost his rank, it's his 2nd time he abuses his rank to advertise in rooms because he can't get unvouched nor kicked.
