I have a small problem with the RGC and I can only play at 12:00 since midnight until 9:00 am in the afternoon I prohive income from rooms or not I have to do please if anyone can help I would thank because all that rgc savemos is the most comprehensive platform for playing dota I have the photo here shows where I passed the 9 am and before 12 am but

Can you provide us your Connection speed ( results from here (http://www.speedtest.net/)).
I am not completly sure what this can be... Sounds like your connection are not stable , or there is some other kind of problem.
Anyway, you can try to reinstal your RGC and download it again. If that not help, put your RGC to Auto Save logs, and logs where you have DC'ed send to Roger@Rankedgaming.com .

As xtc said that's may be your ISP problem, Check and join rgc >settings>other>enable logs.
And send it to Roger as xtc said.
