ill make the tutorial more quick & informal as it is really short.
just open photoshop, make 5 layers and set a randomized Gradient on each.
change the top 3 layer type from normal to overlay & the remaining two layers to difference.
& here you have, this perfect background.

mate its a special effect and the light's gradient is colour. that's why we see rainbow when light reflects.
